A fun photo inspiration challenge from The Paper Players.
I decided to go with a rainbow theme and the Beautiful Balloons Suite. I created a rainbow watercolor background on watercolor paper, then layered with an acetate sheet. It looks like confetti!
The balloons were stamped and assembled in rainbow colors.
